Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you of the last extension of the date for sending applications to the XX Congress of the WAER (World Association of Education Sciences) “Education and formation in the face of the great challenges of our time: migration, digital society and development sustainable” until March 27th, 2020 inclusive.

The forms of participation planned are: symposia or colloquiums, free communications and posters. To submit a proposal it is necessary to create an account in the Congress management system (ConfTool). The style rules for each of these modes of participation are available at the following link:

For those networks of colleagues interested in presenting a symposium or colloquiums, we suggest reviewing the Second Circular ( where it is also available the form to be sent by the referent of the Symposium to its members.(

Once the nomination of a free communication, a poster or a symposium was evaluated and approved by the Scientific Committee, a communication will be sent to the registered mail in the Congress management system (ConfTool).

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the new presentations to the extent that they are being entered into ConfTool. The deadline for registration to the XX Congress is maintained on March 31, 2020.

Registration for the XX Congress is enabled once the applicant receives an email with the approval of his presentation. In the case of symposia or colloquium, it is the referent who made the application at the congress site who receives this communication and must extend it to his colleagues.

All registrations, including those of the co-authors attending and that of the members of a symposium or colloquium, are individually.

We remind you that the registration fees for the Congress are discounted at 100 euros for those who join the WAER for the first time or for those who renew their biannual membership. The instructions for the payment of registration to the congress are available at the following link: (

We wait for you in Congress!
