President of the World Association for Educational Research AMSE(Vice-President since 2008), Professor in Education, was President of the Reims-Champagne-Ardenne University (URCA) from April 2012 to March 2016. Head of the Champagne-Ardenne IUFM (Teacher Training University Institute, Affiliated School of Reims-Champagne-Ardenne University) since 2002, he was also President of the Student Life and Social Issues Committee, CPU (Conference of University Presidents) from 2014 to 2016. Gilles Baillat was Chair of the IUFM Congress (CDIUFM) from 2009 to 2011.
Professor Baillat has devoted most of his research to the study of the teaching skill system and to the professionalisation processes. His research topics include the professionalisation processes in both emerging activities and the activities subject to change, the description and the investigation of the teaching skill system, mainly in primary school, the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in training, with emphasis on the Digital PortFolio and the Professionalising University Training.
Professor Gilles Baillat is a member of the Employment and Professionalisation Research Centre (Cérep), University of Reims. Author of numerous scientific papers and books, Gilles Baillat is a member of the editorial board of the "Spirale" and "Education et didactiques" journals.
Dr. Oktay Cem ADIGUZEL, Ph.D. in Education Sciences (2004-Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan in France), is a professor at Anadolu University (Turkey) where he has held various positions: Vice-President of the Department of Science education; Vice-President of the Institute of Educational Sciences. He is currently Director of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the Faculty of Education and Vice President of AMSE-AMCE-WAER. He has done many works subsidized by various public institutions. He is the author of several publications and communications including 1 book and 13 chapters in collective works, 40 articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals, 61 papers in scientific conferences and 18 research projects as a researcher principal or co-investigator.
Thierry Philippot is an Associate Professor specialising in Education who teaches at the University Institute of Teacher Training at the University of Reims-Champagne-Ardenne (URCA).
His research activities are centered on the didactic analysis of teaching practices, the spatial dimension of teaching in evolving professional contexts, the didactics of geography, school/ university inclusion and the teaching-learning processes.
Thierry Philippot is the Secretary General of the World Association for Educational Research.
Serge Ramel, PhD, Professor, University of Education, Canton of Vaud (Lausanne, Switzerland)
He is a founding member and co-director of the International Laboratory for Inclusive Education (LISIS), Serge Ramel conducts teaching and research in the field of inclusive education. In this context, he has accompanied schools in inclusive projects for many years. His recent research has also led him to focus on the role of different educational communities in formal, non-formal and informal approaches. Serge Ramel also carries out various mandates of expertise with cantonal, Swiss or foreign school authorities and collaborates with UNESCO in particular.

Ana Pereyra holds a degree in Sociology (UBA, 1988) and a PhD in Social Sciences (Flacso, Regional Headquarters Argentina, 2008). She works as a teacher and researcher in the field of teacher training and in the area of methodology of social research at the university at the undergraduate and graduate level. She is the Research Secretary of the Unipe Nacional.
It has developed research related to teacher training and professionalization, to the teaching of Social Sciences and has contributed to the development of information systems for educational planning (SITEAL, IIEP-UNESCO, Bs. As. - OEI) and the tension between collective memories and the history taught in secondary schools.
She is coordinator for Latin America of the PREFALC Project entitled International Master: Training, Education and Professional Development of which participating French, Colombian, Uruguayan and Argentine universities.
Veda ASLIM-YETIS is Associate Professor in Turkey at Anadolu University, Faculty of Education, Department of Foreign Languages, Program of French as a Foreign Language. Doctor in Education Sciences since 2008 (PhD in cotutelle / University Anadolu-University Lyon 2), his fields of study are: the didactics of foreign languages, the use of technologies for the teaching / learning languages, and Inclusive Education. Dr. ASLIM-YETIS is the author of several articles published in various national / international journals, communications and research projects.

Anderson Araujo-Oliveira is a professor at the Faculty of Education, Department of Didactics of the University of Québec, Montréal and a member of the CRIFPE-UQ Research Unit (Inter-University Research Center for Teacher Training and Teaching), one of the most important Canadian research centers in the area of education.
His fields of interest include: educational intervention, teaching humanities and social sciences, analysis of teaching methods and initial training in the practice environment.
Consistent with his higher education teaching, professor Anderson Araujo-Oliveira has actively participated in projects conducted by different organizations including, among others, the Research Center for Science Teaching and Learning (CREAS), the Francophone Association for Culture (Science) (ACFAS), the World Association for Educational Research (AMSE), the Québec Association for History and Geography Didactics (AQDHG), the International Association for the Study of History and Social Sciences (AIRDHSS), the History Education Network (THEN). Other functions : Head of the 1st cycle Programme Unit in preschool education and primary teaching (EPEP) ; Director of the Team of Research and Analysis of professional practices (ERAPP) ; Full-time researcher, Centre of research of the teaching and learning sciences (CREAS) ; Associated researcher, Centre of interuniversity research on training and teaching (CRIFPE).
Therese Mungah Shalo Tchombe

Therese Mungah Shalo Tchombe, Emeritus Professor and Honorary Dean at the Faculty of Education, University of Buea, prior to her appointment as Dean, was Head of Department of Education at the Higher Teacher College (ENS) University of Yaounde 1. She is currently the UNESCO Chair for Special Needs Education fostering Inclusion and the Director of the Research Centre for Child and Family Development and Education. She is in the area of developmental psychology and education with research areas and expertise in Cognitive development, Teacher Education, Pedagogy, Gender, Girl’s education and Inclusive education.
She has participated in many national and international conferences as key note speaker, published widely in her area of speciality and interest. She is one of the Founding Members of WERA, Board member of ICET, Regional Representative of ISSBD, and IACCP and Honorary president of CPA and Board Members of AMSE and ERNWACA. She received grants for Teacher Task Force, UNESCO for the Transnational Research in Inclusive education in five African Countries; the England/Africa Partnership to develop research capacity; Sight Savers International for research in Special Education Needs and COL to launch Distance education for Basic Education teachers in Cameroon. She has participated as consultant for UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank, ADB, Plan International and Sight savers on Inclusive education, girl’s education and policy issues. She was convenor for more than five international Conferences on Education and Psychology.

Rodica Nagy is a PhD. Professor at the University „Ștefan cel Mare“ Suceava, Faculty of Letters and Communication Sciences. She is a PhD supervisor (10 doctoral students, 11 doctorate holders) and Director of the Council of Doctoral Studies. She was the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences between 2004 and 2012.
